Who we are
EEVEE is a beta operated by Questili. Questions or requests: support@questili.com.
What EEVEE stores
Your account (name, e-mail address and a hashed password), your workspace’s files, folders, tasks and their history, your settings, and the keys and connection tokens you add. Keys and tokens are encrypted at rest.
Where
On Amazon Web Services in Mumbai, India (ap‑south‑1), including nightly backups.
Who else receives what
- The model provider you choose (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter or your own endpoint) receives the content a task needs, sent with your key. Their terms also apply.
- Exa receives the text of web searches the agent makes, the workspace’s domain lists and a date, when web search is on. Pages the agent reads are fetched by EEVEE’s server directly.
- Resend delivers e-mail: reports and feedback you send us, with any files, screenshots or task log you chose to include, and account e-mail to you (sign-up verification, password resets, invitations).
- When you connect Zoho Books, EEVEE keeps a copy of that organisation’s books on its server to show and work with them, and writes back only what you approve.
Nothing else leaves EEVEE. There are no advertising or analytics trackers; the only cookie keeps you signed in. We do not sell data.
How long
For as long as your account exists. Ask us to delete your account and we delete it and its workspace data within 30 days. Our backups — nightly database copies and off-server file copies — expire within a further 40 days. Reports and feedback are kept for the beta.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, and raise a grievance, by writing to support@questili.com. We reply within 30 days. During the beta, account deletion and data export are by request.
Changes
We update this page and its date when any of this changes.
